Much better than the BIG BOYS 12/6/2010

I shopped at the "BIG" Idaho dealers. And all they did was try to play the back and fourth game. When I went to Performance they made sure they gave me the best price on there vehicle and a great trade value for mine. If anyone is going to look for a new or used vehicle I would make sure you stop here before you go the the Big dealers. more

Friendly sales people can't trump a bad business 11/5/2007

Although the one sales person we did deal with was friendly, I would not recommend this car dealer to anyone. They were unwilling to work with us on any level. Whether that be our trade in vehicle or the price of the SUV we were looking to buy. The vehicles they have are definitely over-priced, as any Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds.com quote can tell you. Even armed with print-outs stating values of the trade-in and the SUV for sale, they were not willing to work with us. At one point the finance guy laughed in our faces. Very rude and definitely NOT acceptable business practice. In the end, we went to Lithia of Boise and found a great (reasonably-priced) truck and got a great deal on our trade-in. more
