I was referred here for a fender bender. Adam Theroux worked tirelessly in dealing with the insurance company to make sure they paid every penny in order to make all the necessary repairs with no aftermarket or used parts. I have had to use this body shop on two seperate occasions for my Lexus. I have been completely satisfied with the quality of repairs and level of customer service Performance provided. am a young, Asian lady. When I walk into an auto body shop, my face screams ""TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND TAKE ALL MY MONEY BECAUSE I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT!!!!"" I have driven up and down Mission slowly like an asshole trying to look at all the countless shops trying to find the right one. I decided to go with Performance Auto Collision because of the tremendous reviews on Kudzu! And Wah Wah Wee Wah. They did an amazing job!! I have never come across people who were so dedicated and involved in making sure that I left their business happy. I can't tell you how many times I have taken my car into shops in the past (I am an asian female...its in my DNA to wreck cars) and walked in feeling like a burden to those guys...you know that scene; walk into a shop, the dude looks at you and just sighs...""can i help you?"" and when they ask for your VIN number and you dont have it on you they sigh again because they are so annoyed that you dont have that billion digit letter and number code memorized for them. assholes sometimes.... but i digress.... So I brought my Porsche in for a bumper job. I was paying for it out of pocket and Matt and Justin were so friendly and so accomodating!! They were able to help me fix it and help me stay well within my budget. They explained everything to me so that even I, a young, car illiterate, Asian girl could understand. They really made what should have been a stressful, expensive and annoying visit into something painless and sort of fun! Matt is a crazy hoot and the other guy Justin (uhmmm...and if my boyfriend is reading this review....i didn't mean that last part ;) I highly recommend Performance Auto Collision The shop really lives up to 5 stars that everyone gives them!! Super Good! Number One! I will most definitly take all my cars there! more

Performance Auto Collision is a quality shop that goes beyond what they say they will do. The customer service given by Matt Lewis and his associates was an A plus by my standard. They even detailed my car. The job they did on my repairs along with the them detailing my car made me feel like I was driving away in a new Audi. I will definitely recommend them to a friend. more

I just got my Mercedes back (in for a damaged front fender) and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and my experience. I last used Performance Auto Collision in the Fall of 2006 when someone backed into my Volvo SUV's bumper (it had less than 3,000 miles on it at the time and that was upsetting) but Performance Auto Collision made repaired it to where you never would have known and it still looks great today!! Thanks also to Justin Graves - he had the Mercedes back as promised and for just what he quoted it would cost! Pros: Outstanding Service and Workmanship!! more

I honestly have to say I have been in 2 accidents in the last 4 months. The first time I wrecked my Porsche into a parking garage pillar. The second time I had a Nissan truck plow into the side of my baby and the repair bill was over $18,000. I thought that my car was gone forever. I had the best customer service I have ever had at any repair center. These guys are second to none. When you think of a body shop - you don't exactly think of an impeccably clean organized environment and a staff of highly educated, informed and friendly people. This is exactly what you get at Performance Auto Collision. Don't bother taking your car to any other repair shop. They will exceed all your expectations!!!!
