When signing up, make sure you read the ""contract"" on that crappy piece of paper he has you sign. Because when you're forced to move, he doesn't take anything into consideration except that ""he has your signature on file"" and ""it isn't his job to babysit you."" \r

I went in to cancel 2 days before my monthly payment was due, and the lady at the counter said in order to cancel I would have to pay a $288 buy-out fee. I left a note asking him not to charge my card until he called me because I had moved. Not only did he charge my card for the month, but because my card didn't go through (my bank switched cards causing me to switch my card numbers 2 nights prior to that) I got charged a late fee of $35.00, and 2 other charges unaccounted for. He called me on the 17 informing me my card did not go through, and I told him what was going on and asked if I could come in and pay cash for the money I ""owed"" him because I didn't want my card on file in his establishment any longer. He said yes, that was fine. \r

I paid him 110 in cash that I never got a receipt for, and the following Saturday 73 more dollars came out of my account. That Monday I called and asked him what was going on, and all he kept saying was ""I don't have time to babysit you. You should have read the contract."" \r

I asked for a copy of my contract and a list of all of the ""fees"" I was charged (75.00 and 35.00 in cash that is unaccounted for) along with the receipt from the cash transaction I never received. \r

3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on that email...
