Had Perfection install a new heating & cooling system in our home. Price was right & the workmanship is great. Utility bills have definitely gotten lower. Also, they convinced me to add a humidifier & air cleaner which the wife & I are real happy with. We highly recommend this company. more

Excellent service. Their technician was able to fix an ongoing problem with our AC system that 3 other companies we used ,the past 3 summers, could not. Our system had a freon leak that was getting more expensive every year to recharge. He found the leak with a gadget within the first 30 minutes he was here, and repaired it. They were also the most reasonably priced. Very satisfied.Highly recommend. more

Avoid at all costs. They did estimate for a job, then did not complete it. When told the day after the repair that is was the same problem as when they started, they said they were going to charge for another day to look at it again. They demanded payment for a job they didn't finish and when an offer of paying them just the service chanrge for coming out, they refused and had their attorney demand payment.\r \r STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, they are of low skill level and when they can't figure out a problem, they still expect you to pay them $75 an hour for doing absolutely nothing...and they will spend all day to do nothing so that they get a fat bill that their lawyer will enforce! Comment below looks like scratching backs to me. more
