These guys estimated a job that would take 4 days which seemed accurate to me. Turns out they had a small supplement which tacked on another 2 weeks (I dont know why because they never have explained what needed to be done nor have they contacted me to inform me that this was going on. I had to ask them why it is taking so long for them to just let me know it was a supplement) and counting.... I called everytime they told me to call back or the day it should be ready by, but have always been disappointed. One time I asked a simple question of ""could you explain to me why it is taking so long? and the service rep says,""hold on a sec""....I get put on hold for 10minutes then they disconnected from the call. Then I called back and they transferred me to the wrong departments 4 times then and waited on hold another 7minutes for him to say, "" Oh, I looked at the paperwork but I dont see any notes."" He then said to call back monday and he's pretty sure it'll be done since they will work on it on the weekend. Suprise! I called today and still his reply is ""uhhh theyre working on it call tomorrow thanks bye."" and I replied with ok and proceeded to ask him some questions but he hangs up before I started to ask anything! This is on their website ""In fact, Penta's high standards of service delivery have been recognized by the_____ for not having a single customer complaint."" yeah... sure like i can believe that anymore.... especially when its 3 weeks now and its still not done.

Cons: Slow service, bad customer service, no information about what is being done to car.
