I have the complete opposite feelings about Perfectex, I as a local business owner need to find the best quality products with reasonable prices to match. I have been a customer off and on with them for over the past 11 - 12 years and yet to run into a situation with quality or even prices. The staff there have been exceptional and always have accommodated my needs when I need things in a rush. As my business continues to thrive here in OC I shall continue to do more business with them. more

Purchased some hook & loop adhesive and received a product that did not match the site image. Very rude and unprofessional lady informed me that the product was not returnable because it was a ""special order item,"" which was not stated anywhere. After repeatedly asking to speak to her manager, and her insisting there was no one else, I stated that I would be filing a claim. At this point I was put on hold and the lady returned some minutes later to say she would call me back and hung up. She never called back. Days later I phoned her back and she said a refund had been issued. Eventually the credit was received, less 25% ""restocking fee"" which is likely higher than the profit margin on this product. Bad business and we have since found great service with other suppliers. Buyer be warned. more
