Injuries left me with pain in my knees and back. I missed my hiking and biking with friends and family. I sat on my couch and felt sorry for myself. So Boring! Then I decided to become stronger and deal with the injuries. Initially, I told myself Perfect Workout was unnecessary since I'd exercise on my own.
