Perfect Timing Auto Services & Rpr

I purchased tires from an online company to be delivered to Perfect Timing. They did not call us when they received them, we had to call them. Then they installed the tires with the white lettering inside. I called to complain the next day after we picked up and was told "most customers have the lettering put inside because it is ugly". They never asked me what I wanted and they said you never told us what you wanted. Then to top it off, I spoke to the owner, George who said to drop it off to be fixed - lettering out. Well, they did not do it "as they were very busy" AND they wanted to charge me additional money to do what they should have done correctly the first time. Also, paid for a wheel alignment but they wanted and additional $650 in repairs to finish the alignment. Untrustworthy, rip off and dishonest people. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. If I could give negative stars, I would. more

If you own a Toyota or Lexus, you need to take it to Jerry and the boys over at Perfect Timing. They are rare in the mechanic world in that they truely look out for the customer. Don't expect work to be done that isn't needed, they will never stear you wrong. more
