Perfect Press

I have used Perfect Press for my client's business cards many times...every time was on short notice, and they were done fast...less than 24 hours, and couple times same day! Their quick turn around made me look like a hero to my client.... When my client needed 2-color thermography, they told me right away they only do one color and quickly gave me another printer's name. This is professionalism, not trying to convince me to use one-color so they can keep the job. It's great to have a printer that you can count on. I went to Perfect Press with a project. I asked them exactly what they needed to complete my project, then spent many hours creating files to their specifications. I brought it in for printing, and first they were late in starting. (told me it would be done by tuesday at the latest, called wednesday and they hadn't started). Then, I got a call that the files were too big and they needed an extra $50 an hour to complete my project. This was unacceptable at best, so I picked up my files. I then asked what happened since I had checked with them first and of all things the staff was actually mad at me and quite rude. I spent hours doing the files exactly as they told me to, but evidently they realized later they wanted them done differently, and when I picked up my DVD they were chastising and rude. Do not support this business. more
