Perfect Balance Kickboxing builds physical strength and endurance through high intensity cardiovascular training and kickboxing skills and techniques. After a few weeks, I am so much stronger and have much more stamina. When I started, I had such back pain I could not even pick up my three year-old nephew without hurting for two days afterward. Now I can lift him and there is no strain on my back. It is a bit pricier than other gym alternatives, but they provide a personal touch that I find very important and keeps you coming back for more.
