Ah, the Pepper Tree! Absolutely the BEST sandwich shop around. I've been going to the Pepper Tree for many, many years - before and after the hurricane claimed their old place - and have always had the very best Liverwurst sandwich ever - my favorite! Chicken salad and tuna salad sandwiches are super, too. I know I'm not the only one who rates them so highly 'cuz the place is always buzzin' with happy customers who are "repeaters" like I am. Go there! Eat! You won't be sorry. more

If you want a good sandwich and a good price, find someplace else. If you want service that is polite and respectful, better find another place. Once was enough to make sure we never went back. We were new to the area nd feeding a moving crew and two families. We spent a bundle and would never do so again. No, not at the Peppertree. more
