Will not stand behind their product.. If they do make a mistake, they will not take ownership in the fact that they will insure guest satisfaction. Money is more important than insuring the satisfaction of their guests. All they care about is the bottom line in which making money for themselves then insuring you have an enjoyable meal. You criticize the restaurants that you like because you want them to do better by giving your opinion. You say nothing when you hate the place because you wont be back. They are too cocky for their own good by just selling their product and not allowing input. I had a complaint one time after spending money there for years and the way I was treated. I will never go back. Unfortunatly I lost a restaurant I enjoyed because of mismanagement and the lack of an ability to insure guest satisfaction. Rather than making one person happy it turned into me letting alot of people know of the problems there. You didnt lose one guest, you gained an out spoken person issueing the facts to others not to purchase from your establishment.
