Tour is free. Pretty fun for kids. There's a video at the beginning that most kids will not sit still for, so it's better just to begin browsing around. The tour is basically upstairs with windows looking down on the factory workers. It's fun to watch the workers making candy canes and other Christmas candies during the summer to get ready for their big season. It's interesting to watch the ones working with the big candies, pulling them to put in the machines to make the candy canes. It's also very interesting watching the ones doing the delicate candy design on the finished candy canes and gumballs.
If you register for the tour you can arrange to get goody bags for a low price. Otherwise, you can just shop around gift shop area and pick out some yummies.
