Will try again 2/13/2010

My initial experience, and review, was negative. The company did a good job cleaning, and the price was reasonable, but a fixture was broken and the initial response from the company was that they didn't do it. They recently followed up with us, confirming that the employee had lied about the issue and refunded our cleaning.I appreciated this gesture of goodwill by the owner and intend to try them again in the future. Pros: Cheap Cons: Broke a fixture and lied about it more

Best Cleaning service EVER 9/29/2008

Peppermint Cleaners are the best cleaning service I've ever used both at work and at home. They do a fantastic job of cleaning -- and I am VERY picky. Ralph is so pleasant on the phone, and always calls to remind us of the time they will be arriving. I really can't say a bad thing about them. more

Excellent service - they go the extra mile 5/6/2007

I highly recommend this cleaning service. We have used them for five years and couldn't be happier. It's always a pleasure doing business with such a great local Austin company. Thorough and professional cleaning 5/2/2007

The owner of Peppermint, Ralph, is wonderful to work with. We've been with them for a number of years and are always pleased with the quality of the cleaning on our condo. Now that we're moving into a new house, his team did an excellent job on the initial clean, and is even coming back the following day to finish cleaning the oven for us. There are always extra touches around the house that I wouldn't have expected. Highly recommended. Pros: Thorough cleaning! Cons: None that I can think of more

Been with Peppermint for several years. Trustworthy, dependable service. The house is always spotless when they leave. I've watched them back out the door making sure the entry remains spotless.
