The hotel was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was fabulous. Husband and wife who managed facility incredibly accommodating, and helped us immensely. Overall a very pleasant stay with no complaints what so ever. more

What a deal and great hospitality!! My wife and I live in Reno and often go to the lake for weekends. This is such a great little find that I almost hesitate to write the review... (Our little secret) From the moment that we walked in the office door we were greated with big smiles and the most graceous managers that we have ever met. Lee and Marika are awsome!! they worked with us to get the room that we wanted and were always available if we needed anything. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. I highly recommend paying extra for the tower room. With this level of service and commitment to their hotel I doubt that we will ever stay anywhere else!! more

Clean and well kept 12/29/2010

I stayed there one Saturday Night in October and I must say it was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well kept. Plenty of towels,soap,shampoo, etc...My experience with the office staff was pleasant. They were friendly and helpful. The view from the tower rooms is breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family! more

Clean, friendly 12/21/2010

Stayed two nights and days. Clean, friendly, great location to beach(Commons Beach Park),restaurants(Jake's and Christy Hills), bike baths,tour boat to Emerald Bay. Farmers Market ,old car show,music in park, fun place! Slow rafting if you like that kind of laid back thing. Park your car at hotel and walk everywhere! Cools off in evenings(no air conditioning)-safe to open windows-place fan in bathroom window and cools off room fast. Nice complimentary breakfast. Shops open at 10 AM and close at 6PM. Free internet connection at coffee shops and other local spots. Library two blocks away across street. Our next great stay was in South Lake Tahoe,CA. more

Janice (front desk) was ever so helpful + great personality for her job. The management team is "top of the line", so people oriented, makes the guests so glad they chose to stay @ Pepper Tree Inn. We will recommend the Inn to others and would definitely stay there again if in. more

Place is great 11/22/2010

I think this place is great and I am very glad we chose this "inn" to stay at. I do not think your website does any justice. I would redo the website to really show the amenities and views from each room. I was not expecting much when I booked a room but was very happy I stayed here after we checked in. I would really try to add more pics on the website and really highlight the views and location =) Thanks. more

Equipped with every conveniences 11/15/2010

Our rooms (Stayed in 2-106, 209) were pleasant + lovely. They reflect the beauty of this area. Equipped with every conveniences - microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, storage area, desk, seating. Looked forward to returning after a busy day. Loved the windows in both the bathrooms + sleeping area for cross ventilation for fresh air. Shampoo/conditioner/lotion- nice quality plus easy to squeeze! more

Yay! 8/16/2005

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I thought it wouldn't be very good because it was quite cheap, but they sure did prove me wrong. I was glad to have a mini-fridge and a coffeemaker in my room. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff wasn't bad. Also, the hotel is located in a good location, near the ski resorts. more
