Good ole Pepe Taco 3/30/2006

Yum. I can remember going to Pepe Taco when I was a kid. For as long as I can remember Taco Tuesdays were it. This restaurant is very inexpensive and good. Unfortunately, they closed recently. I was able to go in to eat one last time over Christmas to eat their chili and wonderful soda. I swear they put crack in the soda or something b/c I used to drive all the way to Pepe's just for a fountain soda. Anyways, they are out of business and terribly missed! more

Good and Cheap 12/1/2005

Pepe Taco is one of the best fast food Mexican restaurants in the area. The food is fairly inexpensive and you get a lot for what you pay for. One negative thing about it, is the fact that you have to drive a nice little distance to get to it compared to the rest of the city of Peoria. However if you are in the area that it is they have great burritos and great nachos. The food isn't super spicy but more authentic they your typical fast food Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend this place. more
