There are a consistent number of power outages that occur in the business district of Bethesda. Here is the issue: There is never a live contact to provide the businesses with information. There is a 1-877 # that puts you in a loop to report the outage but there is no confirmation # of the report provided to the customer. There is absolutely no follow up on Pepco's part. The very least PEPCO should do is provide an up to the minute status report for the customers to call in and gain some knowledge as to when things will be taken care of.
