The worst people to let near your car! The y rip you off and to a terrible job! Only come here if you enjoy throwing your money away. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Been here four times and finally learned my lesson! Avoid at all costs or it will cost you! more

Do Not Go here 7/8/2011

I recently had my oil changed. Now I have an oil leak. They will not back there job because there is a dent in my oil pan. This dent has been there. I have done all of my oil changes on this car and every other car that I have owned. I did not have all of my stuff here to do the job as I am attending school. Also after the giant leak left on the ground the engine still read full on the dipstick which means they overfilled it to compensate the leak that they created by damaging the drain plug, I have bought parts from Pep Boys but no longer and I will continue to make sure others do not go here. more

annoyed and angry 2/18/2011

Initially I went to them because they were located conveniently. I needed my motor mounts repaired. They were shot and I needed new one. I had them replaced and paid hundres of dollars. a day later the shaking started again, indicating the mtor mounts were still shot. I have taken it to two other places which indicated the motor mounts were still shot. I gave them a chance to make it right but so far that is not happening. I have filed a complaint and tried to get this taken care of, but have been pushed off and ignored so far. more

Great job 8/4/2007

The Pep Boys on Mclintock and Apache recently replaced a starter in my 94 F150. I found their prices reasonable and they finished the job when they said they would. Also, I asked them to put two tires on front and they said they did not want to until it was aligned due to ware on the front tires. This showed me they know what they are doing. I will definitely give them more business. more
