Worst place i have ever been to get something for my car. This female who looked like a butch asked me the same question about my car 4 times while smerking! I told her what i thought of her & talked to the manager who was a 7ft drunkin looking jack*** who began to blame me when he wasnt even there. I told em both where to go & went to the other pep boys much better!! And after i told em what i thought off i went thank god! Worst place i have ever been to get something for my car. Best service in town. Moms car broke down on I-95 called firestone and tires plus and they would not help her out the same day. Called Luis at Pepboys on Military trail and he had her up and running the same day. Perfect price and Perfect Service . Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Absolutely the WORST!!! Service brought car in to fix an vibration problem. Service manger said a tune up would solve the problem. Charged me over $700.00 and I picked up car that same evening. Car stalled and vibration was just as bad as before. When I returned, Service manager claimed I needed to replace another part also and that would be an additional $200.00. When I asked why he said the tune up wolud fix problem, he claimed I needed both. Huge scam!!! Avoid at all costs or it will cost you big time!! more

They have mechanics who do not know what they are doing. Many people i know have gone her to get their cars fixed, only to have problems. stay far away! more
