Pep Boys

I am unhappy with the conduct of the service from this company. I purchases some tires for my car and a few days latter I noticed that one tire was almost flat. I went back to this store and after waiting over two hours, I was told that the tire was not leaking. The service person put air in the tire and sent me on my way. A few days latter the tire went flat again. This time, after waiting 3 hours, the service person removed my car from the rack and drove it back to the parking lot. The service person was not finished with my car but decided to place another car on the same rack that my car was on. It seems that warantee issues are not a priority with this company. Once I paid for new tires, I was not welcome back with a defected tire issue. This company did not make it right for me. I will never purchase tires from this company again. more

I've been to pepboys and so have some of my friends. Now it's true that a lot of(not all) will cheat you, but you wouldn't expect it with a franchise like Pep Boys, especially this particular one. They lied and tried to cheat, saying that i needed to get something fixed that had nothing wrong with it, which i found out after i got a few secnd opinions. Now i'm not saying the actual store is bad, they're great, but their automotive repair department needs a lot of improving. more

I've come here a few times but the only reason why is because of the warranty I have on my brakes. Lifetime warranty on pads. plus I get a 25% off coupon that I get from their website at pepboys.com. What I hate about this place is that is disorganized and the wait to have your car done is idiotic. It took them almost 5 hours to replace the pads and put the new rotor in the front brakes. 5 HOURS !!! more
