I called to pep boys before I came in to ask about how long the wait was to bring in my car for an oil change, they said there was no wait and they would bring it right in so I came in right away. I sat for about an hour until I went up and asked how much longer it would be and thy said 15 more minutes. I sat for a total of 2 hours waiting for my car tone done. I will never go back to this place again. I don't like bad service. This isn't the first time thy have done this either. And the workers are very rude. more

I've bought my last 3 sets of tires here and had wonderful service every time i'm there. The buy 3 get 1 free deal can't be matched anywhere and the house brand is made by cooper and they last at least 20k miles past warranty. I'll never buy tires anywhere else! You can trust these people for quality work in their shop no matter what they do. Alignments are guaranteed and accurate my full size blazer drives straight as an arrow. more

horrible service 10/22/2005

we got my niece a a scooter from here. the thing broke down the first week and we took it back. you must drain the oil and gas when you take it back. they told me there ws nothing wrong with it so i went and picked it up and it ran for about three days. i took it back after draining the oil and gas again. then they tried to tell me the only thing wrong was it was out of gas. i wound up getting a refund but it was a big hassle and i had to go all the way to the district manager. more
