If you are a woman it's best to drive past this place. I was ignored at the counter. You are better off driving down to Wal-mart for auto service. more

This Pep Boys is No Good Quality 10/31/2009

A very unprofessional serivice had to replace parts that were installed also the clerk did not notify me when my vehicle was ready, therefor causing me to lose wages from my job. Contacted the headquarters and eventually got a refund. Will shop around, this is not indicative of all Pep Boys. Another Pep Boys replaced the parts for me & a free diagnostic. more
