Took more than 50 days to know if it can actually fix my car. To only finally concede that it cannot. Cost me close to $800, 11 trips to the store, car in the store for 20 nights! and two days off from work. These crooks also tried to hide the warranty and make me pay again. Worst of all, no one will ever, I repeat EVER, call you to update about your car. You have to make calls repeatedly to hunt down their service advisers or the service manager of Cicero Pep Boys (Israel). The best favor I could have been doing to myself, is not having been to this store. This is worst experience with any business ever. insiderpages.com --> You might not have anticipated, but then, please add a "zero" rating, these crooks do not deserve even one.
