Great Mechanics and Fair Prices 4/9/2011

The first visit to this shop was in 1987 with a '79 Plymouth Duster that had a leaking head gasket. They fixed it with no delays and the bill was very fair for the excellent work. My next visit in 2007, after we moved to Chandler, with my '99 Toyota Corrolla was for an automatic transmission service. They were quick, thorough, changed the filter, flushed the system, and again, the price was fair. When the A/C pulley gave out in 2010, I returned for a replacement when they couldn't get just the pulley. And, again, they were fair-priced -- $800, much lower than the dealer -- efficient, and knowledgable. What more could you ask? No place I would rather go after trying Sun Devil, and Gruelichs. more

Honest shop and great service 1/24/2008

I have used this shop many times and I am very satisfied with the work they have done on my cars. They are reliable and honest people and offer great customer service. Yes, the waiting area is not all that but hey! Is it about a nice place to hang out or about getting your car properly repaired at a reasonable price? more

Trustworthy Auto Repairs 9/1/2005

I've taken my vehicle in here a few times. I always feel like these guys know what they're doing and are very honest with their diagnosis and repairs. I first when in when I was told somewhere else that I needed to replace my alternator. Pep Boys tested it first and told me it was fine, there were some loose connections on my battery and that might have been causing the problem. They could have easily done and charged me for the new alternator. The location is right in downtown Chandler. The waiting area could use some cleaning up but the quality service makes it worthwhile. PROS: Honest diagnosis and good service. CONS: Waiting area is a bit dirty and small. more
