This store was a mess! There was merchadise everywhere! No one in the store and no help. There wasnt many customers either. All i wanted was some washer fluid. After standing in line for 10 minutes! The General Manager Steve finally told me to take my purchase over to service where there was only 1 person who was really busy. He acknowledged me and let me know that he would be right with me. He did that while the phones were ringing off the hook and the department was packed. I felt like Steve blew me off. This would be a 0 but the young guy in the repair department was made me feel important more

HEART BROKENI am sad to say that I will no longer give you my business. I have spent the last month trying to repair a 1992 F-150 Pickup,6 CYCLINDER., EFI 4.9 L. I have not received a right part at all. MY truck fail the safety inspection OK, lots of work to be done. When I gave the information very little interface was done. rotor, lug nuts, inner tie rod, outer tie rod,bearings ALL WRONG. I have been using you since 1977, NO more! Total time lost was 9 hrs. this coast me $90.00+ dollars. more
