I had a headlight out and went to Pep Boys in Casa Grande to have it replaced. I had already purchased the bulb at a automotive supply store. It was my first time at Pep Boys and I was completely taken back by the person at the service area. I explained that I had already bought the part and what I needed, I also asked the cost. He said "no charge" and within 10 minutes I had my headlight and walked out. He did say I could repay by returning to Pep Boys if I have problems in the future. This establishment is RARE indeed! more
