Pep Boys

I took my SUV in because the dealership for my vehicle ordered the air conditioner condenser but was unable to install it because they were closing the dealership. With the weather as hot as it was I was desperate! I work in the valley & was driving home with the inside vehicle temperature over 100 degrees, I was miserable! So the hubby goes & picks up the part at the dealer & stops by Pep Boys to see if they can do the job. I was at work & met my hubby there at 5 p.m. The young man that helped us promised to have the vehicle back to me that very day & he came through on his promise! I took my car (and my dog) for a spin just to enjoy the cool air, I was in heaven! Pep Boys...your my heroes! more

DO NOT GO HERE.\r I needed to change my wheels very quick, it was urgent.\r First time I went in they showed me the wheels in stock, so I was about to buy it- they tell me that they just need to check if the other store and wearhouses have it or whatever- they will give me a call back by that day 6pm. Which they didn't. Next day morning I call them and they don't even know what I'm talking about. So I drop by again to actually order it again, they tell me it will take about 3 to 5 days and they will call me, which was not kept- 6 business days later I come in and ask. They had the wheels but did not call me, and tells me it will take about 5 hours to do the job. Telling me they will call me. I sat there and waited 5 hours instead. You won't get a thing done if you go there. Oh and the manager doesn't give a dam about it when you complain either. Richardo, angle- if you must go there don't talk to these two, they don't think promise are tobe kept appearently more

I took my truck in and the staff at Pep Boys especially Martin, made it right. They are professional and very eager to make things work. Great experience more

Pep Boy does a great job on auto repair and they have what you need. I needed something for my car and found it here. They have a ton of car accessories to help help your car looking great. The store is clean too. more

This really is a supercenter -- one of the largest auto parts stores I have ever seen. The store is clean and new looking, but it doesn't quite have as friendly of an atmosphere as say Kragen Auto Parts on Lyons Ave. Still, they have a very wide selection and decent prices. Not a bad bet if you live in Canyon Country. more
