bx Tremont location usually good service after inspection last week of 3/27/15 returned with part told to pick up from chevy parts dealer to have installed by this same shop told service rep I will wait also needed oil an filter change well after 3 an one half hours approached same rep an asked why is my vehicle still, in service lot still well would you believe his reply was our mechanic for your vehicle part has not shown up as of yet you will have to wait I IMMEDIATELY LEFT WITHOUT A WORD AN WILL MAKE AN APPT WITH GM CHEVY DEALER SHIP more

Worst Customer Service 4/28/2012

My husband called before we went and was told to come on in; no appointment needed. I arrived approximately 4:30p. Felix wrote me up for a oil change on a 2008 Nissan Rogue, in which he stated it would be 30 minutes.I sat inside for 40 minutes; After waiting 2 hours and seeing them do their friends I left. That was ridiculous. My time is worth something too. I don't know if my vehicle was too difficult to work on or what; but you don't have to worry about me going there again. more

IF you WANT TO GET ROBBED & WAIT 3 HOURS FOR THEM TO CHECK YOUR CAR THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU ---THE CUSTOMER SERVIVE & ATTITUDE FOR EMLOIES IS VERY BAD ----PARTS COUNTER LUCY HAS NO CUSTMER SERVICE AT ALL --SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT A FRANCHISE LIKE TIHS ---I SPENT 800.00 DOLLARS AND MY CAR IS WORSE THAN IT CAME IN ----I WENT BACK 2 DAYS LATER & THEY SAY THAT I NEED ADDITIONAL 700.00 MORE IN REPAIRS --THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!!! more

Disappointed in The Bronx 1/21/2009

I went to the Pep Boys in the Bronx auto dept. a few months ago (twice) just for the record; both times it took forever waiting on line just to be taken care. The attendants are slow and lack motivation, they do not care about giving quality service to the customer. Finally I spoke up and the manager (Hector) who was very nice and he took care of me right away. Thanks Hector more
