Being a former mechanic I had just replaced all of the loose components in the front end of my vehicle before I installed new tires so my tires would last. I went to Peoria Tire and Vulcanizing to get my vehicle aligned only for them to try to sell me parts that I did not need. Knowing that all of the components in the front suspension were well within specifications, I decided to tell them I knew there was nothing wrong with my vehicle's front suspension. Immediately I was met with agitation so I left. From there, I went to Goodyear, asked for an alignment, and when they were done I asked them if anything was loose, knowing there wasn't, and they told me no but my alignment was so far out they had to make an adjustment just to be able to align it with there machine. I may have paid over 40% more for the alignment but at least I know it was done by an honest shop.
