People's Choice Pizza

I have been to People's Choice in Manchester-they are friendly and the food is good. This place in New Britain was the exact opposite. I think it's because of the manager-Robert that this place was so awful.\r \r I had a coupon and the girl waiting on me asked Robert if I could use it, he said I would have to wait until next time (the coupon said no such thing, but I shrugged it off).\r I brought the order home and they gave me veal instead of eggplant like I asked. My friend violently opposes veal due to the way baby cows are treated to make veal so I know I said eggplant. Robert told my friend that the ""ticket said veal."" What does that mean? I know what I ordered. He then said I could get a new grinder but would need the veal one back. I wasn't planning on eating it, but I was taken aback by his response, it was very rude. He sent a driver to drop off the grinder and he didn't ask for the veal. Robert called my friend demanding for the grinder back! I heard of poor customer service, but this takes the cake. My friend is recovering from surgery and did not need to deal with this. While I am not shocked by this (another reviewer had similiar situation) I was diappointed because I thought People's Choice was a reliable place-they say 100% satisfaction or your money back. Robert clearly does not live up to this expectation. Go to Manchester instead, they are extremely nice and the pizza is good. more

Peoples Choice Pizza may be the worst place i have ordered from.\r \r Late one night we decided to order some delivered food from Peoples Choice Pizza located in Unionville Ct.\r We ordered a pizza with pepperoni some hot wings and a salad. The delivery man was very polite and expedient .\r We received our pizza very cold and it had no pepperoni.The hot wings where very tiny and hard as a rock.I wouldn't doubt they reused the wings and simply reheated them. The salad looked ok , i thought "" how could you possible screw up a salad? "" well Peoples Choice Pizza did.The lettuce was actually soggy and the tomatoes was frozen. Being 50 years of age i can personally say this has got to be the most despicable restaurant i have ever endured.\r We contacted the restaurant and explained our discussed and unhappiness pertaining to our food.They basically ignored us and told us to bring it all back for a discount on our future purchase as long as we did not eat any of the order. They also refused to reimburse our money for .The owner and or manager of Peoples Choice Pizza should be ashamed of themselves feeding people their so called food.\r \r It's not my nature to be speak so negative regarding any individual or establishment unless i was assured this awful situation would never happen again.But after my visit and conversation with the owner and employees Of People's Choice Pizza in Unionville Ct I can truthfully state to any and all.Please do yourself a loved ones a favor and stay clear of People's Choice Pizza they care about one thing ..making a quick buck, simple as that. more
