I'm a life long resident of Taylor of 78 years. I had my car serviced at Peoples Choice, they were very nice, understood my needs, and treated me with the utmost respect. First place i've gone to for auto service and didnt feel like i was being ripped off, since i'm an older woman. I was told by a friend who took their car there and how satisfied they were. The mechanic there is very knowlegdeable and reliable. I won't take my car anywhere else. I highly suggest you look them up first when shopping for great auto care. more

Thorough and excellent service...they checked my car completely and let me know what problems needed attention. They explained everything to me and even showed me the problems. They told me which ones were safety issues and I took care of those first. I went back later to fix the other problems and they stuck to their quote. They sent a thank you note to me! I guess there's a first time for everything! Oh yeah...they even gave me a ride to and from my house. more

Okay when I first went to this auto repair shop they where really good and the price was really low. And then about a yr later I took my car in and it was a mess to deal with them. They had my car way to long beacuse they ordered the wrong part. I had called to speak to a manager and spoke to a asst mgt and when I had the manager call me back come to find out the asst mgt told the manager a bunch of lies saying I said things that was not true at all about other employees. It came down to I got money taken off my bill after them having if for like two weeks and then when i got my car back they had some type of black tar on my seats and I had to take it back again and make them remove the tar. I would never ever tell anyone to go here. more
