This people's bank branch is located inside the Ferndale Cost Cutter. People's bank is a more familiar banking network around the very northwest corner of Washington (Bellingham and Ferndale). I currently use their basic checking account service and it does me well with an ATM card. My parents have an account as well and takes part in the online status viewing. That service does come in handy when trying to keep track of everything. Ultimately, People's Bank is a bank one can count on.
