Not to sound defensive, but PENSCO has never had a prospect nor a client with a name containing ""JBrannon"", the previous reviewer, and we have been in busines for 18 years and have served tens of thousands of customers. Terrible Customer Service 6/12/2006

Where do I start? It is near impossible to get anyone to help you out with your account. Most requests take about 3 weeks to get processed if they even get done at all. Most of the customer service reps are extremely rude and are not very helpful. Overall, my experience with Pensco has NOT been a good one! more
