They do not answer the phones well at all, i have been on hold for a good 8 minutes and they do not apologize for the amount of time that i have held. Friendly on the phone just not prompt. Hire enough receptionists to answer the phones and have a better business. more

Hire another receptionist! 4/20/2010

Every time I call for an appointment I am kept on hold for an unreaonable amount of time. Once or twice is understandable but everytime is just poor staffing on their part. Spend the money and hire an apporpriate number of receptionists in order to give better customer service. more
