Can someone tell me why I'm not getting the penny saver paper anymore, I really liked that paper but I have not received it since after Christmas... I will be waiting for someone...

The PennySaver is no longer being published! I agree it was a great way to save on some really nice things..however it is discontinued! I was pissed when I first found out a year ago (as a employee)..however, you have to subscribe to the Daily Southtown Star to get classified ads. This was directed to the PennySaver customers you placed ads as well. :( more

great sales paper 6/20/2009

Can someone tell me why I'm not getting the penny saver paper anymore, I really liked that paper but I have not received it since after Christmas... I will be waiting for someone to answer me. Thank you... Pros: I always found something good Cons: I'm not getting it any more more

The Pennysaver Newspaper is good ****but we haven't receive it all winter long!!! Pros: The paper has good adds Cons: They have very poor delivery... What do the delivery people get a paycheck for, chucking the papers in their waste paper basket, instead of actually delivering them????? more

CUSTOMER Service is non-existent 6/25/2007

I have been on hold for OVER 30 minutes and continue to hear the automated voice, ""we appreciate your patience..."". I am trying to call to get delivery stopped but no one will answer me. I'm tired of picking this ""litter"" out of bushes and other areas of my yard. I guess I'll need to call the city of Joliet to complain because it's apparent, no one is going to answer this phone. Pros: Good for bird cage liner Cons: Nothing but litter more
