I am receiving monthly flowers as a gift. I complained about an arrangement I received to the sender. I did not feel it was up to the standards for what they charge. Penny's called and was extremely rude to me. They insisted it was a good arrangement. I would never recommend this florist, not because I didn't care for the last arrangement I received but because they do not know how to handle a complaint. more

Nice flowers 1/6/2009

Penny's Flowers is very professional and has a large selection of fresh cut flowers as well as potted plants. The service is friendly. The prices are a bit high though and the flowers could be a little fresher. more

Florist 11/17/2008

Basic, old-school florist that has been around forever. Very pedestrian, and uncreative. No gift shop worth mentioning. Good for flats and annuals. Not cheap. more

I've used Penny's multiple times. They have a beautiful sympathy basket garden that has received many compliments. They have a substantial selection of items to choose from. They are on the pricey side but for what you get, it's hard to complain too much! more
