What a rip-off! 5/13/2013

I bought tomato seeds from Penny's in the spring of 2013. Talk about bad germination! NOTHING sprouted out of the 10 varieties I ordered. When I contacted her, she told me it must be my fault and refused to give me a refund or replacement seeds. Not only that but now I'm getting spam emails from her and her boyfriends pepper website. Avoid!!! more
