I'm sure most people think their therapist is great but you only get what you see when you are there. This theapist seems to have trouble getting along with people in more than one situation. Apparently, from what is said, whenever she leases office space the landlord refuses to renew her lease after the first lease expires. Even when she gets her lawyers involved they don't renew her lease, then saying they are going to use the office for someone else, which seems to fall through in the end. But, for a therapist, she showed very little interest in our daughter and our daughter would always feel bad when she came home. We also had been told that there were concerns by others that she has a problem with patient confidentiality but went anyway and were sorry. more

Don't know what I would have done without Pennys help. She guided me through the most difficult time in my life and continues to help me with whatever difficulties arise as well as recognize and celebrate the joys. She is a gem, and I thank her for showing me my options for living my life. Nothing negative in my experience at all. more

This was a bad experience. I could never get this provider to discuss issues that were having a huge impact on my life. It seemed like everytime I tried to discuss issues that were important to me she would start going over where there were places to volunteer and what books to read. I was already volunteering on a regular basis and am an avid reader. It took me way to long to give up and go to someone else. When I did go to someone else my issues were dealt with and I had rewarding results. I am sorry I wasted so much time and money with this provider but I will definitely learn from this negative experience. more
