I have been a client of Penny's for about 4 years now and she has done a great job of handling our auto, home, and life insurance. Her staff is always friendly when we have to stop by and she is great at keeping us in the loop with any new discounts or options. more

The State Farm family at Penny's office is always a pleasure to work with. They actively try to be a part of the community as well as know their clients on a 1 on 1 personal basis. I couldn't be any happier with the service I have received when I have had to make claims or deal with a loss. Pros: Great rates and Fantastic Service Cons: none more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/25/2010

I had my homeowner's insurance with them. I called to add my car - Nancy couldn't figure out how to do that. instead of helping, she blamed her inability to do her job on me!! It was bizarre!! I got numerous other quotes, all for more coverage and lower deductible. Needless to say, I do business now with another company (American Family) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY WITH PENNY HARDESTY'S STATE FARM OFFICE!! Pros: not one Cons: customer service lacking, staff inept, prices high more
