May 2008--I fostered a female basenji from a puppy mill in Iowa. She was 7 and under weight and needed to be spade. Pennington took a SNAP coupon even though BRAT (rescue) paid her bill. When she tore out her inner stitches he repaired it at a discount.They are very friendly and also board animals at a cheaper rate than the larger animal clinics. I would highly recommend them. more
