Awful place to live in....even if you try to keep apartments clean it's roaches galore;. They don't do much about pest control before you move in, Most of the people are extremely loud, unbelievably obnoxious all times of day and night and ghetto. Walls and ceilings are thinner than paper. Sounds like baby horses all day & night or people playing basketball or marching or something, running across your ceiling...it's absolutely unbearable to live here. I wouldn't dare someone I HATED to live here. Also they allow people on the 2nd and 3rd floors to NOT have carpet which is COMPLETELY F------ STUPID. more

Okay, I can say that the rent is affordable but the attitudes at the rental office and maintenance is horrible. I wish that I would have listened to some people that use to live out there. There are just to secretive. They want you to pay your money but nothing in your unit ever gets fixed. I had to call the housing inspector to come out and inspect my unit. That's the only way your going to get things fixed around. Please do not move into this complex you will regret every moment. more

sorry place to live 9/20/2005

Some people cannot afford to live in safe, decent housing. I understand, I've been there. Berkshire is a drug infested thug zone. If you can possibly afford to live in a better place, do so. You will be taking your life in your hands if you live here. more
