I am finally DONE with Peninsula!! I have had problems with them for 3 years now. I had a service contract with them but their service technicians have no idea what they're doing....

Service call 1/30/2016

Asa was great. Called to let us know he was running late and to make sure he could still come to our home. He arrived at 5:30 and fixed the problem with our fireplace. Our dog fell in love with him and thought he was there only to play with her. Really appreciated him coming out on a Friday night to solve the problem. more

Chuck came on a holiday, did his utmost to make cost a factor and was honest about advantages and disadvantages of each water heater. When he arrived for the appointed time he was early and worked rapidly making the installation better than it was before. his quote was a little high and so the cost was even lower than expected. Best plumbing job ever, great job Chuck! more

Peninsula Oil Heater Maintenance 12/9/2015

Rob D. was very professional, genuine, and educational - he was able to explain clearly what he was working on, what issues that may arise in the future, etc. He replaced a nozzle that was too big for our heater, explaining how the size was allowing too much oil in and burning unnecessary amounts of oil for our heater to use. He worked efficiently, as well as updating me along the way as to what he was working on next, and an estimated time on completing the whole job. I would recommend Rob D. to anyone who needs maintenance on their oil heater. more
