I have used Peninsula Electric a lot and have had no problems with them so far. The last work they did for me was a septic panel installation, and it looks fine. They are very timely and efficient. I always know that they provide good service and never expect anything less. more

Complete and thorough 9/8/2014

I refer Peninsula Electric Corp to my clients. Peninsula Electric Corp always does a good job. They hooked up septic systems that require electrical panels for my customers. They do a thorough and complete job each time. They get everything done, and they leave no loose ends. I feel I don't have to do so much oversight with them, which is nice. more

Great and secure-- good overall! 8/14/2014

We've been using Peninsula Electric Corp for as long as I can remember. We continue to use them because of their prices, their helpfulness, timeliness, and they get the job done. Recently we had an outlet go out in our office. It was only a minor incident, but they were able to identify and fix the problem, which turned out to be our light fixture. In the past, they redid our whole electrical system. Marty, and Al are a couple of the guys I can remember that have helped us. Okay, with exceptions 8/6/2014

We were happy with the two people from Peninsula Electric Corp. that did the installation, but I didn't have a good rapport with the guy in charge. They were subcontracted for the new construction we were doing, so we went with what our contractor recommended. When we did the walk through to go over where we wanted everything, there were some additional costs that were unsaid, and that we had no idea about. We didn't find out about these costs until we got the bill from the contractor. I don't think they were upfront enough during the initial walk through. We asked about a couple of other things regarding the new construction and felt like their priorities shifted away from our house, like we were a lost child. We didn't feel like they were working in our best interests. more

Perfect! 7/31/2014

I have been using Peninsula Electric Corp. for about 2-3 years and I am extremely satisfied. The most recent project that they did was to install a kitchen ceiling light above an island. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everything was onetime and efficient. They do great work. Everything is perfect! more

We have been Peninsula Electric customers for three or so years and have always received courteous and excellent service. The last time we needed their services, they performed over and above the call of duty and worked to get someone to help us even though their electricians were already booked. I will never forget their kindness during a very stressful time. I will always call Peninsula Electric and have recommended them to friends. more

Underestimated overcharged 5/29/2014

I had them do work connecting my electrical to my septic installed an extra conduit i did not need and ended up not using scope of work was more than I first thought but did not get property notified how much more it was going to be before the work was done. In the end it cost me a couple of thousand more than I had planned. I expected some more since the scope of work increased but if it was going to be that much more I would have had more estimates and compared. RESPONSE FROM Peninsula Electric Corp: This job ended up being much more extensive then originally anticipated. Significant changes were made by the customer. Our work was well done and our prices are competitive. We are confident that had the customer chosen to receive multiple estimates for the work we would have still gotten the job. We are sad to hear he does not feel he received good value for his dollar. more

Excellent work, timely completion of job and professional 5/28/2014

Peninsula Electric wired our house remodel and the new barn. Had them back to add some outside lighting, fan and move cable wire under the house. If we need any other electrical work done we would have them do the work. Employees were pleasant and liked working for their company more

Great job on service change 5/28/2014

They did an upgrade on my service panel and installed generator transfer equipment. Great job. Very nice, clean installation. Went just as planned. Electrician and estimator were awesome in explaining the work and offering excellent suggestions for options. I would use again and I will refer others. more

The Best 5/28/2014

I've been using Peninsula Electric for years... From large to small projects at our home to recently doing a complete shop-apartment and numerious big projects at my business. Penisula Electric provides great customer service 5/27/2014

I've been building a new home, on Bainbridge Island, I brought my plans to the team at Peninsula Electric, for their reviewed, they provided a complete specification list for me to work from. (They put items in the proposal that other contractors had over looked), saving me time and money. As the project progressed they were always there to answer any question I had. The work was performed on time, and under budget. and as a bonus they showed me how to keep the tile floors in the bathroom warm on cold days. Great Team, Great Work. more

1st time power to cabin 5/27/2014

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Have had a cabin on Hood Canal for over 30 years without power. Finally broke down and added power which involved running about 400 ft. from private road to the cabin. Peninsula did the work and referred me to a digger that took care of the 400'+ trenching. I was pleased with the work done. Professional operator. more
