Everyone was really nice, Ashley was a great help. The fact that she is empowered and can use discretion in decision making had a real difference in keeping me as a long term customer. As a consumer it is important to feel that you are working with us, not against us. Dental procedures are expensive but it helps when the staff can empathize with the patients. If there were discounts and deals or coupons it would really encourage more dental visits and new customers via word of mouth. more

Your office is Beautiful. Everyone is very warm and kind. The only thing I was thinking (and it may be stupid) but maybe you could put everyone;s picture on a wall somewhere with their name under it. Just an idea - take it or leave it. Have good Day! more

Watch out! They overcharge. I got an quote which was less than charged. On top of that, they charged for a service after they performed it. It is a service which literally only took two minutes - other dentists do not charge for the same service. Pros: Close to home Cons: Too expensive more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE......They will rip up off by doing work that doesn't need to be done, then send you home with a HUGE BILL. They never explain to you what your options are or what they will be doing. They just do the procedure and then charge you a HUGE amount of $$$$$................ BEWARE!!!!! more

My family moved to Palos Verdes several months ago but I never got around to finding a local dentist. I finally checked insurance and got directed to Dr. nadi?s (sp?) office. I have never had such friendsly treatment at a dental office! The place is modern-looking, and the technology is new, but the main plus of this office is the atmospjhere. These people like what they do and it shows. Dr. Nadi never rushed with me or my kids and that meant a lot tome. Insurance was explained as was the treatment I needed, and they worked out a payment plan for me. The office is in the Palos Verdes Mall (not too easy to find) but once you?re there, its worth it. Dr. nadi and her staff are terrific! more

I wholeheartedly agree with the previous patients' horrible experience with this dental office. I too was subject to price gouging and misinformation. These scam artists aggressively push overpriced, unnecessary procedures on you and don't routinely check your insurance coverage. In fact, during my first visit, they said I need ""thousands of dollars"" in dental work when my teeth had previously been in good condition. Two outside independent dentists gave me second opinions and each independently agreed that I definitely did NOT need the type of work that was being pushed upon me by the Penisula Dental SCAM ARTISTS! These guys need to pay their expensive monthly lease, and do everything in their power to ROB you. They never give you a straight answer, strikingly similar to other patients experiences. AVOID THIS OFFICE like the plague, and take your hard-earned honest dollars elsewhere. There are plenty of other dentists out there to choose from who have more integrity and honesty. These guys will scam you. I never could get a written statement of cost. The quote they gave me was wrong I told the girl and she said she would call my insurance. She came back and said that I was right. When I asked for a new statment of costs she said her computor would not let her,wrong software. I was already in the chair because my tooth was broken and in pain. When I got my bill I was charged a price which was more than if I went out of network. They lied to my insurance and said I was told that I was being upgraded. Calls to the office got me replys that it is not fair for them to take what the insurance pays,we will call you back and fine out what happened. Never got a call back. dr lew is gone now and they keep pushing high priced procedures on everybody...buyer beware!!! I found that every time I go there, they recommend the most expensive procedure, and do not even consider another option. Pros: Good procedure Cons: too much selling more

Dr. Michael Lew is the only dentist I will see. I was so frightened by my last dentist that I avoided going for an embarrassing amount of time. Dr. Lew did MAJOR work for me and restored my teeth with out ANY pain, ever. This includes 2 root canals performed by Dr. Smolkin. He is just as awesome and pain free. Unfortunately Dr. Lew has left this office. I am not sure if I will continue going here..I cannot thank these two D.D.S.s enough. If you need pain free work , these are the guys! Pros: Pain Free, Easy to talk to, High quality Work Cons: WAY over priced. Not sure about quality of dentists there now, since Dr. Lew has left. Crazy expensive . more
