Good: I liked how the locksmith knew the answer to all my questions. That shows that they are really well educated and knowledgeable with what they are doing.. Bad: Nothing.. Improvements: I would like to see more communication. He was nice but he didn't talk a lot.. Other: I recommend Penfield Locksmith to others.. more
