Karen is awesome! Glad she is back and feeling better! Altough the place is a little out dated, the proof is in the grooming. Prices are good cash only though. Nicest thing is you can get a last minute appointment in a pinch. Karen really loves animals and treats both her 2 and 4 legged customers like family. We have been going to the Poodle Parlor since the mid '90's and we will continue to do so. Thanks for nearly 2 decades of excellent service! My husband just took our dog there and they shaved a little spot on his back to show him how short he wanted it. Then my husband asked how much it was going to be since they only accept cash. They said $45.00. Our dog is only 10lbs! We only ever pay $30-$35 for him to get a bath, shaved, and nails clipped at the other places we have gone. Among that they really need to update the place, this is not a place where you would pay $45 for a 10lb dog. He told her this and told her that we would just take him to the usual place and she said "well I can't just leave him like that" and continued to shave his back! He said that they were really nice but I'm amazed that they would charge that much for a little dog to get shaved! They didn't even finish what they started for $35.00. more

Great grooming at a great price. Able to accommodate last minute requests. Best cut my Bichon has ever had. Pros: Not your average overpriced, frills-you-don't-need establishment. Outstanding customer service. Cons: Could use some sprucing up, but then prices would go up too! more
