I was looking for other reviews of Pendragon Properties so I can contact others in regards to a small claims court I plan on filing against them. Since this site had no reviews, and defaulted to 4 stars, I felt it my duty to correct this.\r

They are very cheap units and are poorly maintained. Upon move in, I questioned Jeff whether or not the apartment had been cleaned at all, he had no response but to act insulted. However, we took video of the whole place upon move-in, and its painfully clear the place is a bit run-down. We had problems with the dishwasher (black mold) and Jeff said just running the cycle would fix that right up. When it didn't he had nothing to say. Most repairs took several days to several weeks to repair, if they were done at all.\r

During the last two months, the back sliding glass door began letting water in when it rained and would soak the carpet. Called maintenance - they did nothing. Called again - they pulled up that part of the carpet for it to dry, but never 1)fixed the leak or 2) returned to lay the carpet back down. Called a week later, said they need to fix the leak because now the wood and the carpet are being flooded. No response. Went into the office to tell them - they said they would handle it -- never happened. Then we only get $110 back of our $550 security deposit. $250 fee for carpet cleaning. The last place I lived was 2200 sq ft and charged only $120. This place is barely 1000 sq ft. I told him that was quite excessive, especially because of water damage that they did not prevent. I've called him 5 times over the last 2 weeks and went into the office twice. Jeff is never there nor returns my calls. \r

Upon googling ""pendragon properties"", a series of 1-star reviews on yahoo show up and one user is discussing a series of law suits against Jeff. I plan on joining them. Stay away from Pendragon!!
