Intial visit was very welcoming, looking forward for my follow up visit.

Waiting for the dentist to come ~30 mins, then the dental assistant is the one who completed my procedure. Not good!

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Helem who was so helpful and knowledgable but I can NOT say the same to the assistent called ANIUSKA who was extremely rude in every visit which I went to. more

Cleaning 8/3/2011

I was not allowed to get the basic cleaning that my insurance covered, they refused but wanted me to do and expensive deep cleaning which I had done last year when I was covered by Humana. Rip off place. I wated over 2 hrs of my time with this appointment more

Unprofessional Experience 4/17/2011

Great location and office hours..BUT That's it.. !!everything else THEREAFTER was lacking! The front staff seemed concerned with gossip and socializing..The wait to see the Doctor took over an hour..he came in asked a few questions then left ..the dental asst did everything thereafter..she was rough, needed to learn to speak English and never returned to complete what she started to do..Added to that I did not trust the cleanliness of the equipment or her ..she was touching and holding everything then used those same gloves to approach my mouth..eewww!!...The female that came to discuss the cost of procedures was also unfriendly ..what a totally horrible experience..I WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY LIFE!! more
