Dan Boudreau of Pella windows will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear to get you to buy Pella windows. He knew my only goal was to reduce road noise, so he went on an on about the instillation, installation, argon gas, product quality and that his product was the best one out there for noise. Since there is now real way of ""trying them on"", I could only take his word for it. $32,000 later, my house is just as noisy as it was before. My old windows were perfectly fine, I was just trying to reduce noise. I did not need this product and unfortunately spent a lot of money to realize Pella and Dan were just about the sale. Do NOT trust Pella or Dan Boudreau. \r

His manager Allen Bana came to the house, and his explanation was that he has known the Dan for 10 years, and I must have misunderstood because Dan would never mislead someone.\r

This is how Pella does business. Stay away from them.
