This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. First I was notinformed of all the things needed to have a hot tub installed. Permits and fences etc.Then I was told my spa would be delivered in 1 month and it has been 3 months. When I would call to find out what was going either I had to leave messages for the manager who never called back or I called and talked to the manager who had no clue what was going on and would tell me he would call back the next day he never did. After 3 months when I finally got the call that my spa would be there end of the week I was informed that I could not finance the whole spa and needed to come up with $1500 before delivery. They knew this for 3 months and never bothered to say anything! Stay away from this store!!! more

this place has everything for skiing and snowboarding, the best prices on rentals anywhere and the staff is great ! my family shops there and always has the best experience. more
